  • To access BOI’s retail services, go to their website and locate the Internet Banking section. This will be the orange link in the sidebar. You may use this link to go straight to the Bank of Ireland’s online banking system (click here)
  • To register for BOI online banking, just hit the “New User” button at the top of the website.
  • Now Put in your cell phone number and account number from your bank. It is safe to proceed once you have entered the captcha text.
  • The following step calls for you to enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to your mobile device. After entering the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your phone, press the Next button.
  • Next, input the information for your debit card. After providing the necessary information for your debit/ATM card, click the “Continue” button.
  • Just select the box labeled I have read and agree to the bank’s terms and conditions for using their online banking system. Select “I agree to the above specified Agreement-cum-Indemnity” and click “Accept” to continue.
  • You’ll need to create a password to access your online banking on the next page. To proceed, just enter a password you’ve created using a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols (such as -@a2ab 12Z) and click the “Continue” button.
  • If you click the link that says “Your request to create Internet Banking User ID is successful,” you’ll be able to proceed with setting up your user ID and password. You should take note of the reference number, customer id, and login user id that appear once you click “OK.”
  • The activation of this service will take one business day; please check back in 24 hours to access your account.
